| The Tricoaching
Run Coaching Plan is for the athlete who seeks
a personal, periodized training plan designed to help
you achieve your goals. The detailed run workouts are
posted on the Training Peaks web interface (www.trainingpeaks.com)
and are accessible wherever the Internet is available.
Unlike programs from magazines or the Internet, Tricoaching
workouts are presented one-week at a time and can
be adjusted based on unforeseen personal conflicts
or commitments. When “life happens” simply
contact your coach to confidently make adjustments.
At Tricoaching, there are no affiliate coaches. Therefore,
only a very limited number of athlete slots are available.
This ensures the ultimate in personalized service
and unlimited correspondence via
phone or email. Whatever it takes!
