| Tricoaching was founded in Charlotte,
North Carolina in 1996 by Head Coach and CEO Karl DeBate.
Coach Karl has a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology,
Bachelor Degree in Physical Education, has been a competitive
Triathlete since 1987, a competitive runner since 1982
and a coach since 1996. Coach Karl has raced all distances
from the sprint tri to the Ironman and from the 5k to
the marathon. The combination of education, coaching
and racing experience make Coach Karl the only coach you will ever need.
So far, over 600 Triathletes and Runners of all abilities
have experienced the confidence that comes from having
a personal coach that truly cares about their success.
It is more affordable than you think and the benefits
are limitless.
